Chocolate pudding

Makes about 2 cups.

• 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
• 3 Tbsp Cocoa powder
• 5 tablespoons of Let's ... Organic Corn Starch
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Beat until smooth.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until pudding is very thick. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill before serving.

For variety: Top with sliced bananas, blueberries, sliced almonds, toasted walnuts, or other toppings of your choice.
