Wrapping Instructions

Strive™ Compression Wraps can be used to wrap the wrist, hand, ankle, elbow, foot, arm, leg and forearm. Apply to clean, dry skin. Remove the detachable Velcro® tab closure and begin wrapping with foam side to the skin. Tension should be snug but not too tight. If wrap feels uncomfortable, remove and re-wrap. 

While wrapping, overlap each layer one quarter to one third width, smoothing with each turn. Secure with tab to finish. When removing, begin forming a roll so that the wrap can be stored neatly and easily. You may trim the width or length (of wrap and tab) with scissors for a custom fit.

Wash/Care Instructions:

Remove Velcro® tab before washing. When soiled, hand wash with a mild fragrance-free, chlorine-free detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water. Lay flat on a rack or hang, foam side up, to air dry.
