Recommendations for starting solid foods:

Baby porridge is an important part of your child's diet for both infants and preschoolers. When walking, feed your child while having him in an upright position.

For easy mixing:

1. Pour the desired amount into a cap and transfer it to a bowl. Start with a tablespoon, then increase to 1/2 cup* as your child's appetite grows.
2. Mix with breast milk, formula or water and serve.

To reheat in the microwave:

1. Measure 1/4 cup* into the cap and mix with 1/2 cup of unheated liquid in a microwave-safe bowl. The measuring cap is microwave safe (15-30 seconds recommended).
2. Heat on medium (50% power) for 15-30 seconds. Stir to even out the temperature and check before serving.

After use, clean and dry the cap.
