Wrapping instructions: 

1. Place thumb through slot (foam side to skin). Start wrapping strap around the heel of your hand. 
2. Continue wrapping around the back of your hand above the wrist and below the thumb once. 
3. Then wrap strap fully around your thumb and fasten to the wrist area. 
4. Pull to tighten and fasten with Velcro® for desired compression. Tension should be snug but not too tight.

Wash/care instructions: When soiled, hand wash with a mild fragrance-free, chlorine-free detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water. Lay flat on a rack or hang, foam side up, to air dry.
